Day 1
Report to your Nearest Airport and Fly towards Chandigarh followed by transfer t o Narkanda.
This day journey i s through the beautiful towns o f Shimla, Kufri, Theog, Apple Orchards and Deodar Forests. Overnight stay at Narkanda.
Day 2
After Breakfast we start our Journey towards Kinnaur. This day most of Our journey is through the banks of Satluj. We also pass through Tranda Dhank, a man-made tunnel, built nearly 50 years ago, with just hammers and chisel, which acts like a gateway t o Kinnaur. We witness changing terrains as we approach towards Kinnaur. Overnight Stay in Kalpa.
DAY 3
On the 3rd day, after breakfast visit Kalpa village and the old Kalpa monastery. Our guide will explain the history of the village and erstwhile kigdom and of the monastery. There’s also a traditional fort in Kalpa overlooking the valley with the scenic Kinner Kailash mountains. in the background. In the afternoon proceed towards the renowned Rolla Cliff en route to Rogi village. Following the Rolla Cliff visit w e go for a small walk towards the Rogi village. Evening we return to hotel.
Day 4
After Breakfast w e proceed towards Spillo. As we just pass Reckong Peo, we realise that we have entered a totally different world, with a moon like landscape. This day w e visit traditional villages and a 1000 Year old Budhist monastery and fort also. The journey itself i s a n exhilarating one, through very narrow and steep roads with great views o f Satluj, flowing deep below. Day 5
This morning we wake upto witness the magical beauty of Rakcham and the campgrounds. We also go for a short hike around thenearby meadows. After breakfast, we proceed t o Chitkul, known as the last village of India as it is situated near India – Tibetborder. Chitkul with its traditional houses, graneries and mills feels straight out o f a dream.
Day 6
After breakfast we start from Sangla and proceed to Shimla. Our hotel is situated on the starting of Mall road. It will be a short hike from main road from road to hotel (about 10 min). In the night we explore the Mall road and near by places. Evening at Shimla hotel. Early morning transfer from Shimla t o Chandigarh. Drop t o airport around noon.

- Hotels may ask for one security deposit which will be refundable / Nonrefundable as per their policy guest needs to pay at the time of check-in.
- Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1400 hrs. and 1200 hrs. respectively. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the Yatranadha representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability
- The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort/hotel, where they are accommodated.
- In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not being available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
- Interconnecting rooms/adjacent rooms/rooms on the same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability. Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory email sent to you.
- Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low-cost carrier (Air Asia, Air India Express, Indigo) then baggage is Limited for 15 KG/7 Kg
- The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions.
- Yatranadha reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 60 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Yatranadha & guest, no refund will be processed.
- For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
- Shorter stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
- Strictly no refund for unutilized services once the booking is confirmed.
- We do not hold any responsibility for additional costs or adjustments that may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity, etc.
- In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
- All the hotels have been given as per your budget and booking has been finalized with the consent of the guests.
- Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for sharing and 10 minutes for Private. If you miss any pickup, you will have to go to attractions on your own. We suggest you to be at hotel lobby 10 mins before of your tour starting time.
- In case of inclusion of airfares with a holiday are subject to vary anytime also a matter of availability.
- Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
Payment policy:
- 30% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance.
- 50% of the total billing amount to be paid before 45 days of departure.
- 20% of the amount to be paid before 15 working days from departure date
Cancellation policy:
- Applicable except any non-refundable component if any.
- 20% cancellation charges if cancelled 45 days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 40% cancellation charges if cancelled between 44 – 30 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 60% cancellation charges if cancelled between 29 – 10 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
- 100% cancellation charges if cancelled between 0 – 9 Days before the tour.
- No refund if cancelled before 9 days of trip start.
- No Refund or Compensation for any changes on an ongoing trip.
